For online support we use a product called "LogMeIn". This is a remote access application which allows us to access our Client's desktop to sort out any problems or to show the Client how to perform a function, use an application etc.

A large number of the support calls we get are to do with Virus and Malware attacks. We have consistently found AVG and Malware bytes to give the best protection and cause the least number of problems without slowing down the computer or causing the computer to work incorrectly.
